Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for:
- Unused and unmodified items
- Items in original condition with all parts/accessories
- Items that have not been engraved or marked
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For your security and ours, we cannot accept returns for:
- Engraved or customized items (including seed plates with markings)
- Digital downloads and guides
- Opened engraving tools
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
Return Process
- Request: Log in to your account or email us at zerotosecureofficial@gmail.com
- Select Items: Let us know what you’d like to return and why
- Get a Label: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible)
- Pack Securely: Return items in original packaging
- Track It: We’ll send tracking updates and confirm once processed
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Free return labels for approved returns
- 3–5 business days processing time after we receive the item
- Refunds issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or not working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please include:
- Photos of the damage
- Your order number
International Returns
Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Customs duties are non-refundable.

🔁 Restocking Fee
Returns for eligible, unused products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

- Orders canceled before shipping
